We're giving away Deadly Desserts stickers to backers!
I know what you're thinking - "Isn't that the same picture they posted in yesterday's update?" Negative, this picture has three sticker sheets because that's how many we're giving away! That's right, we're giving away not just one, not just two, but three sticker sheets!
If you're normally discouraged from participating in giveaways because of how rare it is to be the one winner, think about this: what are the chances of you being a loser THREE times in a row? Okay, maybe those aren't the most encouraging words...

DIY Version of Deadly Desserts
Just a reminder to everyone, you can try Deadly Desserts out for free right now by downloading and printing our DIY version here.

Not to fluff our own cake, but DIY/Print and Play versions of games are not commonly free during Kickstarter campaigns. We wanted to give you guys 1) free access to try the game before purchasing 2) the opportunity to play now, especially since we're all quarantined. Granted, the actual game is obviously much better than the printed version.

This update's a small one. Quite a few of you have generously backed us for more than our highest pledge tier, and others have expressed interest in a higher pledge tier, thus we're interested in giving you guys something. We've only listed items so far that we're confident we can deliver with minimal hiccups. We'd love to hear any other ideas you have. Plushies would be absolutely awesome, but the prototyping process is too long and costly for right now ;( Hopefully, in the future we'll be able to. We're particularly interested in acrylic standees, like the one below (this is not ours). Lettuce know what you think!

Coronavirus - Current No Impact on Deadly Desserts Production
We hope everyone is staying safe and indoors during this pandemic. We've been checking in with our manufacturer as to whether the coronavirus would impact our production. So far, the answer is still no. This could very well change, we'll update you if they say otherwise. We've also built in extra time in our delivery date for any unexpected delays.

Stickers
Our sample stickers of the Desserts came in the mail today and they look eggceptional!
Here's a video of us "testing" the Gingerbread Giant sticker out. It's a great thing we did, now we know they're functional.
We'll be giving some of these deadly dessert sticker sheets away soon, so keep your forks sharp! Just in case anyone's cornfused, you'll be receiving 4 stickers sheets with your game (1 of each food group), not just 1 dessert sheet. We ordered just desserts (...get it) for our samples to keep things simple.

Some of you have reached out with questions, such as coronavirus production impact. As of yesterday, our manufacturer said that the coronavirus will not impact production. This could very well change, we'll update you if they say otherwise. We've built in extra time in our delivery date for any unexpected delays. Even if the pandemic shuts factories down for an entire year, we promise to eventually deliver your game. We've added other questions and answers to our Kickstarter page's FAQs.

We've added a production timeline to give you a more detailed look into what we're planning. as well as a few other small things to our page. We're also working on a how to play video, filmed in real life. For those of you still on the fence of backing Deadly Desserts, let me know what kind of content you'd like to see on our page!
